1. General Terms of Use

Protagon Business is a professional network designed to facilitate networking, commercial exposure, and business collaboration. The platform acts as a technological intermediary and does not guarantee commercial success, sales, or hiring resulting from its use.

1.2 Intellectual Property and Licenses

The User declares to be the legitimate owner of all intellectual property rights over the content (texts, images, logos, videos) they publish. By uploading content, the User:

• Guarantees that they do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy).
• Grants Protagon Business a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate such content within the platform and in its promotional materials.
• Releases Protagon Business from any legal liability arising from third-party claims regarding such content.

2. Community Rules and Moderation Policy

2.1 Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe professional environment, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or Dangerous Content: Publishing material related to illicit activities, violence, discrimination, pornography, or hate speech.
• Harassment and Spam: Sending unsolicited mass messages, harassing other users, or using scraping techniques to collect data.
• Fraud and Impersonation: Creating fake profiles, impersonating other people or companies, or promoting pyramid/fraudulent schemes.

2.2 Reporting Mechanism and Penalties

The platform has citizen reporting tools on profiles and publications. Upon receiving a report, our moderation team will evaluate the case based on the following criteria:

• Content Removal: If a publication (Post, Catalog, Event) violates the rules, it will be permanently deleted from our servers.
• Account Suspension: In severe cases or repeat offenses, the user profile will be changed to a "Suspended" state. The user will lose access to their network, messages, and any active advertising balance.
• Final Decision: Moderation decisions are unappealable and final to protect the integrity of the community.

3. Comprehensive Privacy Notice

In compliance with current Personal Data Protection regulations, we inform you:

3.1 Data Collection

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us (Identification, Contact, Professional Profile) and technical browsing data (IP, device, approximate location) to improve security and user experience.

3.2 Use of Information

Your data is used to: provide network services, process payments (through certified secure gateways), and display contextual advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Information Security and Disclaimer of Liability

4.1 Data Security

Protagon Business implements industry-standard technical and administrative security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption, password hashing, and firewalls) to protect your information. However, the User acknowledges that no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% invulnerable.

4.2 Disclaimer for External Vulnerabilities

Protagon Business, its partners, directors, and employees SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, under any circumstances, for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data loss, or reputational damage) arising from:

• Unauthorized access (hacks), computer intrusions, denial of service (DDoS) attacks, or malicious code injection by third parties outside the administration.
• Data leaks derived from zero-day vulnerabilities or failures in external technological infrastructure providers.
• The misuse of your account due to the loss, theft, or weakness of your password, with the custody of access credentials being the exclusive responsibility of the User.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Payments, Advertising, and Non-Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Services

Advertising services (Ads), verifications, and memberships are immediate-consumption digital products. By making the payment, the user agrees that the service begins to execute at the time of activation.

5.2 Non-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No full or partial refunds will be issued for:

• Early cancellation of the service by the user.
• Account suspension due to violations of the Terms and Conditions (see Section 2).
• Discrepancies in the performance or reach of ads (vanity metrics).
• Errors in ad setup made by the user.

6. Jurisdiction and Contact

For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, renouncing any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
